Most libraries provide makefiles used compilers such as Borland C/C++ 5.x, Borland C++ Builder (versions 1&3), Microsoft Visual C/C++. Many other compilers can link to the libraries.

USPL - Universal Signal Processing Library. This is Vector Math Library with 250 functions. Allows Programmers to optimize code that does math within loops or that is Scientific/Signal Processing related.

NSL - Navigation Services Library.  This Library allows you to add support for 2D navigation, with routines for Lat/Lon calculations, Track Interpolation/Extrapolation, and support for Great Circle and Constant Bearing.
